We are currently recruiting an HR Advisor to join our site-based HR team in Hull on a full-time, permanent basis, working 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

**Who are we looking for?**

Are you a highly skilled and motivated HR professional? We are seeking a dynamic individual who holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above and possesses extensive experience in HR advisory roles.

You will have a proven track record of effectively managing an employee relations caseload and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation.

**The role of an HR Advisor at BBF Limited**
- Provide expert and professional advice on all Human Resources queries/issues to Managers.
- Supporting Managers in managing the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring that high-quality people are recruited to all vacancies.
- Liaise regularly with management teams to achieve a good understanding of their particular issues and ensure timely interventions where applicable.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on all employment matters, ensuring that innovative solutions are implemented to support the needs of our customers e.g. management of sickness absence, recruitment, and Performance, in accordance with the policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the Occupational Health Provider, as necessary.
- Advise and support Managers on restructuring issues, including support with redundancy, redeployment and early retirement cases, in accordance with the policy and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate staff records and provide information, as required within the limits of GDPR.
- Use KPI data to identify trends and patterns in forming business decision-making and act upon relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner itemising trends and in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence, recruitment, equality & diversity and turnover data.
- Ensure that the HR department is ‘audit ready’ at all times to support ethical, technical and site audits.
- Undertake project work and policy development work as assigned by the HR Manager.
