As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR support across 5 offices. No two days will be the same as you work with a wide variety of people and contribute to projects and people activities.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment campaigns to onboarding and employee wellbeing. You will oversee and support the maintenance of the HR system including associated data and reporting, as well as manage the training programme. Experience within apprenticeships would be desirable but not essential.

You can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 and excellent benefits such as 33 days holidays (including bank holidays) plus an additional day at Christmas, ongoing training and development opportunities, healthcare plan and a supportive team environment.

As a HR Advisor you will:

- Be the key point of contact for employees and partners across the group, supporting the HR Manager in the day to day running of the offices.
- Build and maintain relationships with all employees across the firm.

Onboarding of employees from offer letter through to induction - ensuring all elements are prepared for the new starter - equipment, induction, paperwork, check-ins, etc. through to probation completion.
- Gather, process, analyse and manipulate data to create regular reports for the business on employee wellbeing, appraisals, feedback, and ad hoc projects, as well as producing a monthly HR report for partners and the leadership team.
- Oversee and support the maintenance of the HR system.
- Manage the training programme, being the point of contact for all trainees, apprentices and providers to ensure a smooth training programme.The trainee lifecycle, from organising their induction with the training provider, attending regular progress reviews, tracking exams, completions, and attendance.

Monitoring performance and progression in both the workplace and study.
- Supporting the HR Manager with the training and development of the HR Assistant.
