This is a full time, permanent position. The purpose of this role is to ensure all service and planned maintenance visits are closed and verified and to cost all completed works.
You will be responsible reviewing, closing, and verifying all visits and update internal systems to show the relevant status.
- You will be responsible for the costing submitting of invoices for all completed jobs.
- You will be responsible for all queries preventing invoices being processed in a timely manner.
- You will be required to review and resolve all invoice queries
- You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed/submitted on web portals
- general office duties
- deal with incoming calls for all aspects of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Planned maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
