**About the Role**

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the efficient production of project documents and reports as well as assisting with the general support to the Equipment Support Facility and the day to day functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting various team members and projects.

The role entails furnishing administrative assistance to Project Managers as needed. This includes aiding in the compilation and authentication of data from diverse origins for client reports, minute-taking responsibilities, efficient management of office facilities, and involvement in the creation of Equipment Facility Plans and Procedures is expected. A commitment to driving continuous improvement is integral to the role, as well as familiarity with risk assessments and adherence to safe practices in hazardous environments. Furthermore, the individual is expected to undertake any other reasonable tasks commensurate with their knowledge, experience, and position.

**What We’re Looking For**

The successful applicant will have prior experience with technical and administrative document control procedures. A foundational understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets and objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is preferred. Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices is also desired.
