On behalf of **Nationwide,** AMS are seeking for a **Project Administrator **for a **6 month temporary contract** **possible extension hybrid desired 3 days per week in office.**

On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are looking for a **Project Administrator for** a 6 month contract,

the role is a vital role in a tech project making sure all is up to date and accurate taking the lead on this area of significant importance. Strong
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Windows 11 Deployment project to provide administrative support._

**What you’ll be doing**

As part of the role you
will be responsible for sharing Windows 11 deployment administration activities
- to support the rollout of Windows 11 and new devices to the Society. _
This will include supporting the Delivery Lead, Product Owner and Delivery
Managers in keeping accurate and timely information relating to project
- progress to support regular progress meetings._

Other activities will
include managing the Windows 11 Admin mailbox, updating the deployment tracker,
raising IIQ’s, updating Intranet pages and acting as one of several central
- contact points for Business Champions across the Society._ 

**About you**

Essential measurable
experience
Previous experience in
providing administrative support within Financial Services.
Excellent organisation
skills and the ability to prioritise work to agreed deadlines.
- Excellent communication
skills and the confidence to communicate comfortably with colleagues at all
levels.
Accuracy and attention
to detail. High level computer
literacy including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

Hourly rate
- £14.00 - £16.00per hour

6 months contract with the possibility of extension

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
