**HR Administrator **(Inside IR35)**

**Contract Term: 6 Months**

**Contracting Authority: UKRI**

**Location: Hybrid working (Remote with occasional travel to Swindon office)**

**The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator would be**:

- Raising and Creating Service Requests within the Oracle CRM system
- Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.
- Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.
- Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.
- Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills
- Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.
- Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.
- Build excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Exhibit good project co-ordination and organisational skills. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

**You’ll have**:

- Strong previous HR Administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Internal customer engagement skills
- Strong all round administration skills
- The ability to take notes
- GDPR Knowledge
