- Be a courteous representative of Bliss Care Solutions in all undertakings with Client’s representative, service users, their Support Workers and in the community during the hours of employment and ensure a positive public image is maintained throughout the community.

- Supervision of care workers within their team
- Updating electronic records including rotas
- Providing mentorship and support to all staff in the promotion of best practice in care delivery
- Provide a customer liaison service to all service users, to investigate complaints, concerns and negative responses from service users and ensure resolution to service users’ satisfaction.
- Conducting spot checks, observational checks and medication audits, risk assessments as directed.
- Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.
- Establish strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, including commissioning teams, Safeguarding Teams, social workers, procurement, District Nurses, OT's.
- To ensure that all carers and service users are treated with respect and sensitivity, always recognising the need for confidentiality.
- Liaising with managers to identify and assess training and development needs
- Encourage staff to develop and promote learning opportunities.
- Participate in on call responsibilities on a rota basis
- Responsible for answering the business’ out of hours’ phone line. This will include managing call-offs effectively, responding to enquiries and ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Take responsibility for continuous professional development.
- Responsible for health and safety and as such ensure that effective systems are in place to protect the health and safety of service users, staff and public, including undertaking risk assessments. Highlight any areas of concern to line manager.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
