Income and Expenditure Administrator

**Overall Purpose of Job**
Working with the Senior Administrator and the credit control team, this role is responsible for supporting the
Income and Expenditure in delivery of excellent service to our internal and external clients on all matters
relating to Income and Expenditure section.
The role is responsible for supporting Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Cashiers, working across various
internal and external teams and functions in achieving team goals and performance requirements.
In addition, supporting the development of process improvement, with innovation and implementing new
technology and solutions.
At all times ensuring RICS compliance regulations are followed and achieving best practise in all operations.
**Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Instilling and maintaining a high level of customer service, meeting the SLA’s internally and externally.
- Manage telephone calls, provide information, connect callers to appropriate people and deal
- Approve Vendor bank details in line with current process and compliance requirements.
- Work with Credit Control to ensure the accurate badging / labelling of tenant debt.
- Record and maintain cheques received record and deposit cheques received as required.
- Prepare outgoing post for income and expenditure section.
- No Job Description can fully cover every issue which may arise within the post and the post holder is
expected to carry out other duties from time to time that are broadly consistent with those in this job
description.

team and demanding suppliers.
