We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Administrator to join our team at Shipways Estate Agents. As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent administrative skills and be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including uploading property details and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and ensure office expenditure is within budget.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression and career development.

You will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Administrator or Secretary
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications
  • Customer service skills and ability to work with customers
