**Operations Assistant**

**The problem you’ll be solving**:
Our client is building a gig economy of the top 5% of DevOps, Digital, Data and Cloud native specialists within the market, and this network is constantly growing.

In this role you’ll be supporting the operations function to ensure the business runs smoothly as they continue to scale (we’ve grown our headcount by 200%, and our revenue by 623% this year alone).

**What you’ll be doing**:
This will be a vast and varied role, where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of the operations function.

You’ll have a clear path to promotion (Operations Lead), within the first 6-9 months, where you’ll be given a deeper insight into the financial and legal operations.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll be given responsibilities across:

- Liaising with Consultants to ensure timely submission of documents and timesheets
- Complete oversight of onboarding process for new permanent and associate hires
- Completion of legal documents (T&C’s, Consultancy Agreements, NDA’s etc )
- Creation and management of reporting dashboards
- Day-to-day office and supplier management
- Ad-hoc research projects
- Facilitating staff training and external events
- Day to day cyber security management
- Generating leads for the sales team
- Operations administrator

- You’re able to talk to stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation

**Ideally you’ll have**:

- Administration experience, with a basic fluency on Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage a busy desk
- System knowledge would be advantageous (DocuSign, Google Workspace, CRM etc )
- Basic accounting skills
