Opportunity Overview:

An innovative private equity firm is seeking an ambitious Operations Assistant to serve as the right-hand to their COO. Joining this small, start-up-style team, you'll have the chance to dive into every aspect of private equity and strategic operations. Your role will involve handling highly sensitive information, demanding discretion, and a determined yet amiable attitude. This position promises exposure to varied responsibilities and a fast trajectory for personal and professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team, taking ownership of projects and anticipating the needs of the business. You'll manage databases, coordinate office activities, handle investor relations admin, assist in event planning, and provide administrative support to the team.

As part of this tight-knit group, you must be a self-starter, capable of handling a substantial workload and processing high volumes of data. Strong organisational and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM management, including database maintenance and investment tracking
  • Office management, liaising with suppliers and overseeing expenses
  • Digital marketing support
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Assisting Operating Partners with scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Event planning for company off-sites, team social events, and investor conferences
  • General operational support as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills w
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previos CRM experience is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
