An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company for an accomplished and motivated business consultant with strategic vision, to join this established and respected business. The successful applicant will ideally have new business consulting experience, with excellent organisation and communications skills. Working alongside the Managing Directors at our Head Office in Glasgow you will be responsible for the day-to-day support in growing the business and leading campaigns. You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt and lead the business forward. Previous business development experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.
- Leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to provide alignment of goals and objectives.
- Growth of the business including 13 retail pharmacy locations and online pharmacies throughout Scotland.
- Visiting staff, stores, and practices throughout Scotland.
- Preparing presentations and materials, including PowerPoint to communicate progress to head office.
- Working with senior team members to manage risks
- Attending networking opportunities including but not limited to conferences and industry events.

**The above duties are not to be regarded as defined completely and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties as and when required.**
