Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving travel issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of travel industry trends, changes, and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve services and processes.
- Proven experience in business travel reservations, with a strong understanding of GDS systems and fare structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative, to resolve complex travel issues and make decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve travel-related challenges.
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
