HR Administrator

We are currently working with a Walsall based Education body who are looking to appoint a **HR Administrator**on an initial **three month**temporary contract.
The role is **full time** (37 hours), **hybrid** (1 day pw working from home) and is due to start as soon as possible.
**Daily duties will include**:
- Acting as first point of contact for HR related queries and responding within a timely manner
- Managing the HR inbox, dealing with any incomings quickly and efficiently
- Supporting with administration for the employee lifecycle including issuing offer letters and contracts
- Assisting with payroll, such as registering new starters on the system and updating employee terms and conditions
- Running reports on pre-employment checks, such as DBS and right to work
- Maintaining all employee records, creating records for new starters and updating training records, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Processing maternity and paternity leave, as well as involvement with other HR policies
**Experience / skills required**:
- Strong administrative background
- Confident with MS Office and Excel
- Able to work independently or part of a team
**Working pattern**:
- 37 hours pw
- 9.00am - 5.00pm
- 1 day working from home
