Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator seeking a new opportunity?
Tudor Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Walsall. The company are one of the UK’s largest retailers supplying a range of goods across various product sectors.
This opportunity may suit an individual who would like to progress further and extend their knowledge and existing experience, focusing on a career within Recruitment / HR.
Are you the right person for this role? The desired Recruitment Coordinator will:
- Be experienced in recruiting - retail sector would be desirable
- Be knowledgeable surrounding sourcing techniques using various job boards
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
What will I be doing? Duties of the Recruitment Coordinator will:
- Maintaining and updating the Recruitment tracking database on a daily/weekly basis
- Updating company website and job sites with various correspondence & advertisements
- Completing CV sifting, arranging screenings and coordination of interviews with suitable applicants
- Posting content on internal and external social media platforms - including a weekly internal jobs board
- Complete ad-hoc CV searching using a number of job boards
Knowledge / Experience:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 and various Social Media platforms
- Knowledge of Employment Law and Recruitment - advantageous
- Administrative support within the Recruitment / HR sector
**Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service focused
Self-reliant and confident in decision making
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
**Salary**: £26,000-28,000 per annum dependant on experience
