We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator who has their sights on becoming a fully-fledged Internal Recruiter in time and with training. Initially focusing on Recruitment Admin, you’ll need to be able to work at a fast pace and with brilliant attention to detail. With time, and as we implement our new ATS, your admin duties will diminish to a certain extent, allowing you to focus on adding value to the recruitment process, direct sourcing, and coordinating the recruitment of 200+ new starters per year.
**About the role**:
- Doing first line sifting of CVs via phone or online
- Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs
- Keeping all tracking information up to date including recruitment sources, vacancy trackers and referral lists
- Building strong relationships across the company to ensure a collaborative approach to recruitment becomes embedded.
- Ensuring internal approval processes are followed and support and guide management with these processes.
**What you’ll need**:
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Experience in posting and managing vacancies on external job boards and social media platforms Experience with conducting telephone screening calls and video calls
- A good understanding of full lifecycle recruiting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In return, we’ll give you all the training you need to be a success in the role, a salary of up to £25k, access to on-site gym, subsidized childcare, a flexible hybrid working environment once you’ve settled in to the role and the opportunity to further your skills in in-house recruitment.
