We're looking for an Administrator to provide efficient, high quality, confidential support for the Improving Access to Psychological Service (IAPT) Team.

We are a nationally recognized, high-performing, and innovative NHS Talking Therapies service aiming to support over 15,000 adults to manage their common mental health difficulties this year.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all patients and GPs wishing to discuss referring to the service, to be always dealt with confidentially and professionally.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll ensure all Admin tasks and referrals including data entry is accurately gathered and recorded, as well as providing Administration support for all staff within the IAPT team, such as working with the external organisations in partnership with the service.
- To liaise with patients and carers following the Trust’s confidentiality policy to ensure effective treatment.
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors.
- Complete the Admin rota on a fortnightly basis, ensuring adequate cover at all times
- Ensure all daily administrator tasks are covered, especially when absences occur and complete the daily checklists
- Delegate appropriate tasks to supervisees to ensure the smooth running of the service and promote staff development
- To oversee supervisee project tasks and support if required
- To have supervisory and Line Manage responsibility of Band 3 staff, with support from Office Manager as required, meeting regularly on a 1:1 basis, being involved in the recruitment/interview process.
- To actively oversee the induction programme for new admin staf

Senior Administrators work with the Team Administrators to ensure the rota is covered and project tasks are complete.

We'll need to to work a varied shift pattern including 8am-5pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm shifts, one late shift a week is required.
