Senior Learning Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Learning Administrator to join our Learning and Development team supporting one of our key clients, BMW. This role will be embedded into BMW, responsible for managing the end-to-end process of learning initiatives, from needs analysis to evaluation.
You will be part of a small and friendly team, servicing five sites, providing expert knowledge and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

**This is a Hybrid role, with regular travel to the BMW Site in Oxford.**
**What you'll be doing**:
- Booking and administrating the required learning courses allocated to you.
- Liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure attendance is secured for any learning course you arrange.
- Responsible for the BMW charging charging of all training, both monthly and through the end of year reconciliation with the client.
- Responsible for BMW invoicing to Capita Internal Customer Management Team monthly and when required.
- Responsible for providing reports of outstanding invoices to be chased through Capita central team, and dealing with any queries surrounding this.
- Responsible for preparing the necessary reports to give the client a fully transparent overview of committed, actual and spend to come.
- Provide Support to the Learning Coordinators, where required.
**What we're looking for**:
- Minimum of five GCSEs grade A-C including English and Maths - or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in a Service Centre / Operations environment
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages. Word and Excel essential.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service, interpersonal and communication skills
