AJ Case Management are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team in Albrighton, Wolverhampton.

We are seeking to recruit an all-round administrator who is keen to develop skills in the area of Compliance. You will be working directly with Clinical Team to monitor, maintain and improve CQC compliance, this is a busy and varied role.

**What you'll be working**:

- Working 4 days a week
- The working hours are 8.45am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.00pm Friday.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop knowledge of current and proposed legislation and regulatory requirements and good practice, using CQC guidelines
- Lead on auditing processes to include SRS audits, MAR audits, rota audits, supervision and annual appraisal audits and include findings and recommendations in reports
- Liaise with Case Managers all audit findings and ensure necessary actions undertaken and ensure receipt of clinical documentation and chasing up as required
- Prepare all compliance reports
- Manage accidents, incidents and near misses
- Keeping accurate and up to date records for management reporting
