A **fantastic **opportunity has arisen to become a part of our ever growing well-established department based in Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton as a full time Office Administrator.

This is a critical role within an extremely busy compliance department, in a company that is growing from strength to strength each day. No day is the same and the role will include providing a range of administrative and compliance support to ensure everything is running as smoothly as possible.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Data input of confidential information
- Issuing offer letters and contracts
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from both branch staff and applicants.
- Checking right to work and ID documentation

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have strong administration skills
- Can work accurately with high attention to detail
- Can work under pressure and meet the demands of the department
- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritise and organise your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own
- Be self-motivated
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 17.00hrs with x1 hour for lunch.
