**Hours of work
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am till 05:00pm but some weekend working may be required as you will be managing International/ Overseas Recruitment/ Enquires.**
Due to recent success & expansion, Flamelily Nursing Agency is now looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support our Supported Living division with International Recruitment Coordination and process
Flamelily specialises in Healthcare Recruitment and is one of the preferred suppliers for NHS.
As an Administrator, your main duties will include but not restrict to:
- Supporting with Training days
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining stationary and uniform log
- Coordination with other teams for organising interviews, doing ID badges and other tasks.
- To Undertake any other duties consistent with the objectives of the post, as required by the Management
We are looking for team player who is will go the extra mile and think outside the box to find a solution.

- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Persuasive, persistent and Patient
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a team whilst being self motivated.
- Ability to prioritise workloads
Someone from healthcare background would be ideal, however full training and support will be provided.
