Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Administration Expert to join our team. This role involves providing day-to-day support to the Company Secretary and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Tasks
  • Support the Company Secretary in maintaining company records and regulatory filings.
  • Update and manage corporate data in the Corporate Dataroom and data management system.
  • Advise stakeholders on policy queries and develop a good understanding of key policies.
  • Assist in tracking companies' compliance with governance policies and targets.
  • Manage commercial contract reviews and Statutory Accounts filing.
Requirements
  • A Level English (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience in dealing with legal processes and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong computer skills and experience in a Paralegal or Company Secretarial role.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
