Howells Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to work with a Main Contractor based in Bellshill. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £25,000.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors, managing the switchboard and transferring calls to the relevant team member
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches and parking for clients
- Arranging travel & accomodation for staff
- Logging staff timesheets & managing sickness
- Purchasing materials, replenishing kitchen and stationery supplies
- Raising purchase orders, invoicing and ADHOC credit control duties
- Planning engineer diaries
- General office duties as required
