We currently have a vacancy for a **Planning Administrator** to join our Planning team at our Grange Park, Northampton site.

In this role, you’ll be working 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 07:00 - 19:00. You will complete all administrative duties relating to the site planning department. You will also cover both resource planning and booking scheduling for the site activities.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£23,023 **per annum. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday pay (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, access to Wagestream, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Plan and analyse the resource for the site activity across all contracts and liaise with the onsite agencies to ensure correct staffing levels are maintained and planned in advance
- Provide support to the Planning Shift Manager and Customer on all resource matters on site
- You will be responsible for updating Resource Tools, monitoring and reporting to the business to help deliver agreed service levels and the achievement of KPI's
- Maintain workforce management tool deployed to manage the administration of attendance

- Good organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communicator - verbal and written
- Ability to react to change and take proactive steps to maintain control or recover issues
- Highly computer literate, with excellence working knowledge of MS Office packages especially Excel
- Experience of handling employee relation issues
