**Safeguarding Administrator - Secondary School in Northampton, Northamptonshire**
**September 2023 - Full Time (Monday to Friday), Hours 08.45am - 3.15pm**
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of students? We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Safeguarding Administrator to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Northampton from September 2023.

**The Role**:
As a Full-Time Safeguarding Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's safeguarding policies and procedures. You will work closely with the designated safeguarding lead and other staff members to ensure the safety and welfare of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records related to safeguarding concerns and incidents.
- Assisting in the implementation of safeguarding training for staff members.
- Collaborating with external agencies and authorities as required.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Supporting the designated safeguarding lead in various safeguarding-related tasks.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of safeguarding policies and practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar safeguarding or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
