**Job Overview**:
This role involves being the first point of contact for our customer and requires the ability to communicate, both verbally and written, in a highly professional manner. To build effective and trusted customer relationships and KPI delivery on planned and reactive maintenances in the electronic security sector. Internally, you will be interacting across the business with engineering and administration teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Management information dashboards and trackers will be updated in accordance with agreed timescales.

**Main Duties**
- Logging new jobs, raising purchase order's for suppliers and sub-contractors, and ordering parts and confirming proof of delivery, to progress the job through to completion
- Liaising with scheduling team and engineers to meet fixed appointments, arranging access to customer locations
- Adhering to processes to ensure compliance eg. completion certificates and engineering dockets are legible and completed correctly
- Closing and costing jobs, reviewing completed calls from a contractual viewpoint to identify additional revenue
- Maintaining trackers and dashboards
- Update customers regularly, dealing with issues and escalating where appropriate

Ad hoc duties may be required in support of other business functions.
