**£22 - 25,000 depending on level of experience in a similar role**

**Key duties and responsibilities for the Finance Administrator**:

- Accurately input sales and purchase account details using Xero.
- Update supplier database and contacting clients to book in annual servicing.
- Process quotations and sales invoices.
- Chase outstanding debts in an efficient and sequenced manner.
- Bank reconciliations
- Input service information and produce reports.
- Reconcile purchase ledger weekly, and process payment of invoices monthly.
- General administrative duties as needed.

**Key experience and skills required for the Finance Administrator**:

- Previous administration experience.
- Experience in an accounts role
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience using Xero Accounting Software
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisation and self-motivation.
- Strong multi-tasker

**All responses will be managed in line with GDPR.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton, Northamptonshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
