Part Time Finance Administrator

Our client, a fast paced, growing business in the supply chain/food sector, is looking for a Part Time Finance Administrator.

This role is offered for an initial 6 month fixed term contract, but could be extended or become permanent. Hours are approximately 30 per week and there is flexibility. Hybrid working is also offered.

Key responsibilities are:

- Processing all receipts.
- Uploading invoices onto a vendor CRM system.
- Processing statements.
- Processing debit notes and dealing with queries.
- Sending invoices to customers.
- Resolving any customer queries or passing to the relevant person in the team.
- Sales order price checking and updating customers of any new pricing.

This is a fast paced role within a great team. You should ideally have at least one year’s experience within a finance team, have good attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
