Part Time Accounts Administrator

Duties:
- Checking and posting sales invoices, and entering purchase invoices onto Sage
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Filing documents
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- General office administration
- Any other duties that are required
Qualifications:
- Administration experience
- Knowledge of Sage desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £8,000.00-£9,000.00 per year
