**Reinstatement Administrator**

As a Reinstatement Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the reinstatement process for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are obtained and adhered to, allowing our clients to resume their operations smoothly. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the reinstatement closure process for clients, ensuring all necessary permits, licenses, and measures are obtained within specified timelines.
- Review and analyse post reinstatement completion evidence to ensure that our operatives are providing thorough photographs of completed works.
- Act as a liaison between clients, Highway authorities, and third-party service providers to facilitate the reinstatement process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reinstatement activities, including permits, licenses, and related documentation.
- Monitor and track the progress of reinstatement activities, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather the required information and documentation for reinstatement purposes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the reinstatement process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in reinstatement procedures to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of reinstatement processes, regulations, and requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of Reinstatement regulations and compliance is a plus.
