The Medical Writing, Editing, and Design team (MEDS) is a rapidly growing group of expert medical writers, editors, and graphic designers working together to deliver exceptional content to our clients. Our medical writers collaborate with clients, key opinion leaders, and internal experts to provide publication planning, management, and development services for abstracts, posters, and manuscripts. As a part of our growth, we are currently seeking a **Medical Communications Strategist **to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- In this exciting role:_

You'll work closely with internal experts, clients, and influential thought leaders to co-craft a vibrant publication platform. Your creative contributions will span abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and manuscripts, all tailored for a diverse audience. This opportunity is perfect for individuals eager to unleash their strategic communication prowess, steering the development of impactful publications that resonate with a wide array of collaborators and partners.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop and nurture strategic consultancy partnerships: This includes focusing on evidence generation and communication needs for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with internal business development, capability leads, and influential thought leaders.
- Drive innovation and services development: This involves driving the development and implementation of new services, with proactive monitoring of the industry and client landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Engage internal colleagues and external clients to formulate and execute strategic communication plans for medical publications and broader engagement.rovide strategic skills training: Ensure a strategic approach is embedded throughout, including active participation in the creation and writing of scientific publications

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus plus 12 years of directly related experience OR
- Master’s degree with a scientific focus plus 10 years of directly related experience OR
- PhD with a scientific focus plus 6 years of directly related experience.
- Proven experience in crafting scientific publication plans, preferably within the medical communications or pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in transforming scientific data into compelling narrative storylines for publications.
- Dynamic writing style, adept at tailoring content for specific audiences.
- Confidence in presenting at meetings.
- Skill in navigating and incorporating feedback from colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to support and motivate a diverse array of collaborators and partner
