**Location: Chester, some flexibility after probation**
We are working with a specialist finance company based in Chester - they are looking for a Operations Officer to join their team. You will be joining a thriving company who take pride in their sustainable and customer-focused approach, to help them guide their clients through the onboarding process.
**Duties of a Operations Officer;**
- Transaction monitoring and payment processing
- Complaint handling
- Operational projects
**Skills Required to Become a Operations Officer here;**
- Must have experience within a financial services role, ideally something similar
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Experience with complaints handling
