An industry leading Wealth Management firm is seeking a Transfers Officer to join their friendly Operations team with the choice of either their Northwich or Chester office. **As a Transfer Officer you will, but not limited to**:
- Process and monitor transfers across multiple products and platforms.
- Deal with transfer issues when required.
- Internal transfers of holdings arising from changes to client status (eg. receipt of tax documentation, trust distributions, deceased, spouse to spouse transfers etc.)
- Update and maintain back office-systems.
- Work closely with the Fund Managers, market counterparties, Operation teams
- Previous experience within operational processes in Wealth Management/ Asset Management would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with Crest Gui
- Knowledge on securities
- Good communication
- Self-motivation to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask, work quickly and accurately.
- Adaptable
- IT literate
