We are looking for an enthusiastic sales and general administration assistant.

This is a new position and will contribute to generating sales appointments for the security division together with administration compliance for the operations team.

You will be responsible for promoting the services of security, securing sales appointments over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. In addition, 40% of the role will be assigned to operational and new business administration in line with ISO 9001 and security industry conformity.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential leads and/or existing customer development, informing them about a product or service.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet appointment quota and facilitate future sales leads.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Monitoring site visit reports for requirements.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Streamline innovation of processes and procedures
- Using Microsoft Office to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Complete sales standard questionnaires
- Complete routine reports and operational process, daily, weekly, and monthly
- Assist operations with diary management

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a cold sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programmes (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English - written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
