Established in 1997 as the first manufacturer of sushi for the UK supermarket industry, Taiko has evolved into the most innovative manufacturer of Sushi, Food To Go, Prepared Meals and Snacking products in the UK, supplying Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s to name a few. Over the past 25 years Taiko has launched more first to market Sushi and Food to Go products than any other sushi manufacturer in the UK.
- Previous experience in a similar sales administration role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of using Navision software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
**_Order Processing:_**
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Maintain an organized system for order documentation and tracking.
- Downloading sales orders through edi (software: - open text)
- Processing the sales orders on Navision Software.
- Uploading Sales Data on VQMS through Excel
**_ Customer Support:_**
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate information on product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Preparing ASN (advanced supplier notification) on Customer Portal (Coop / Tesco)
- For David Llyod Customer: - 1) Downloading Sales orders from Fourth Software unto Navision
3) Invoicing the clubs (approx. 80-100 clubs) on Navision and onto Fourth Software
- Invoicing all other customers (09 no’s) on Navision and then onto Open Text.
**_ Sales Coordination:_**
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain customer databases and update records as needed.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.
- Processing delivery notes for despatch (Software - Navision)
- Adjustments of Shortages delivered from Despatch - Source - Excel on Navision
**_ Communication:_**
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure that all relevant parties are informed about changes in product availability, pricing, or other pertinent information.

- Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and events as needed.
