Office Administration Manager

Our client is seeking an Office Administration Manager/Executive Assistant to support the office function and Directors.
The role will involve;
- Overseeing Office Administration - Delegating work to admin staff and managing their workload
- Arranging and booking of travel, hotels, flights, conference rooms and events
- Hosting visitors to the office
- PA duties including creating letters, presentations etc
- Various internal projects such as Internal Audit
- Responsible for HR including liaising with agencies, contracts, inductions, references, holidays, sickness records, IT equipment, new procedures and coordination of joiners and leavers process as required
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
- Maintaining office utilities, insurance, conditions and arranging necessary repairs, monitoring office expenditure - reviewing suppliers periodically to ensure the most cost effective while most efficient
You will need to have similar experience and be computer literate with the ability to communicate across various levels of the business.
This is a full time office based role.
