Barnes Roffe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Assistant/Personal Assistant with experience in administration to join them based on the outskirts of Uxbridge.

As part of the office administration team you will provide general administration support including typing, reception, office facilities, support to the professional team and switchboard duties and filing.

**_Main duties include: _**
- Answering/transferring telephone calls.
- Carry out office administration including filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Managing visitors and organising refreshments.
- Helping with office management and facilities
- Audio-typing and typing (audio typing training will be provided).
- Handing incoming and outgoing post.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required to meet business needs;
- Supporting the professional team in onboarding new clients including anti-money laundering checks.
- Undertaking HR administrative duties including sickness and holiday reporting, offer letters, contracts and reference requests
- Assisting with the business development activities including booking appointments, managing lead control sheets and liaising with our telemarketing firm
- Providing support to the existing admin team
- Secretarial and PA to the partners as required
- Polite and presentable.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Typing skills and GCSE English or equivalent.
- The ability to work as part of a team within a busy office.
- Full clean driving licence.

Salary will be at competitive market rate dependant on experience
