**Location**: Ickenham, Greater London
Exercom Limited is a company operating in the oil industry, specialising in providing automation systems and equipment for forecourts. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at our office in Ickenham, Greater London.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and sending quotations to clients
- Generating and sending invoices for services provided
- Preparing and sending purchase orders as per project requirements
- Assisting with other administrative tasks within the office
- Working on presentation slides for client meetings and internal purposes
- Supporting import and export processes
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Permanent residency status or citizenship in the UK
