**Phone Collection Agent - Office based only**

**The Company**

SGP are an established, FCA licensed Debt Recovery Company based in Birkenhead. We are currently expanding our collection team and are seeking a motivated office based Phone Collection Agent.

**The Role**

You will call debtors to agree payment, establish payment plans, review current payment plans and gather details of disputes to pass to your client. The majority of your day will involve making outbound calls to establish contact with debtors. We are office based only.

This role will suit a self-motivated, resilient individual who enjoys a fast paced environment.

Whilst recovery of unpaid monies is a priority you must at all times, treat debtors fairly and comply with GDR legislation.

Previous debt recovery or credit control experience is not a requirement but will be advantage. In addition, you must be organised, pro-active with excellent written, verbal and PC skills.

**Salary**

£20,000 p/a

We offer a pension contribution in line with current legislation for qualifying staff.

**Hours**

Hours are

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm

Friday 9am to 4pm

36.5 hours per week

There are no evening or weekend hours available.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
