Role: Quality Administrator

**Salary**: £25,000

Location: Warrington (Can be Hybrid, close to Warrington is ideal)

JOB PURPOSE
- Efficiently support the Smartspace business with the set-up, management, maintenance and use of SharePoint sites for projects and functions.
- Organise and deliver SharePoint users training as required and support users with queries that may arise.
- Efficiently provide ongoing administrative assistance for projects document control through SharePoint.
- Efficiently support the business with the collation and update of information on different documents and or systems to facilitate reporting and project tracking. Assist on the production of quality related reports as required.
- To encourage best practice and consistent delivery of excellence to support our drive to improve outcomes for our customers and shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up SharePoint sub-sites for each project starting or site required notifying owners and users on completion (Daily)
- Uploading project documents and records to SharePoint sites as necessary to assist project teams or functions with document control (Daily)
- Ongoing management of SharePoint sire permissions (Monthly)
- Assist the Business Quality manager to track all projects using SharePoint and those scheduled for future deployment. Collation of data and assist in preparation of presentations to the business (Weekly)
- Carrying out briefing sessions as requested to project teams or SharePoint users on the use of SharePoint as necessary (As Requested)
- Effective diary management, and to provide holiday cover for the field tool Administrators as required (Weekly)
- Carrying out maintenance tasks on the SmartSpace SharePoint site or sub-sites (Monthly)
- Assistance on projects to improve the use of SharePoint such as review and update of sites structure and layout or developing guidance documents (As Requested)
- Updating project data and information on different documents and systems to support the production of quality related reports and dealing with project teams and other functions to obtain information as required (Monthly)

SKILLS NEEDED
- Good working knowledge of SharePoint
- Trained administrator on other platforms such as Field View or Biosite (to be provided)
- Skilled in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
- Ability to use SharePoint and administer sites permissions and build up or structure
- Ability to train users, across different levels, in how to effective use SharePoint
- Working to weekly deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised; to initiate activities and anticipate and solve problems
- Deal with day to day issues arising and seek advice from the Head of Operational Improvement and Quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver training to all levels of a project team and resolve queries from them or external parties such as supply chain
- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and accept responsibility for defined areas of work
