The Role:
You will be responsible for the administrative processes associated with supporting the global operations and Great Yarmouth based team, and also provide general administration support for the workshop and stores teams including personnel, logistics, certification & purchasing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Filter telephone enquiries for the Stores/Workshop team.
- Maintain accurate records, filing & compiling reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase order spreadsheets.
- Generate letters, reports and documents when required.
- Update and Maintain Goods receipt and purchases within Business Software.
- Support other roles as directed and provide temporary cover during illness and holiday.
- Following up on orders with delivery updates.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will come from an administrative background preferably from within the oil & gas sector.
You will have previous experience with CRM and business management software along with being proficient in IT packages such as Word & Excel.

This role will be based at the Great Yarmouth location and will require you to be site based therefore, you will need to live within a commutable distance to Great Yarmouth.
