Probe Oil Tools are looking to hire a QC Administration Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. The QC Admin Assistant is to assist in the day-to-day operation within the Quality Control Office. The individual will be responsible for purchasing and procurement, transport and logistics and assisting in producing certification and documentation packages.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting in producing certification and document packages.
- Reception duties; answering phone calls and intercoms, greeting visitors.
- Ordering of stationary and other consumables.
- Raising of purchase orders, and delivery notes as requested.
- Updating machine maintenance logs.
- Scanning and copying of archived documentation.
- Maintaining goods in records, along with QC Co-Ordinator and Operations Manager.
- Maintaining filing of job related and general documentation.
- Provision of general administrative tasks.
- Completion of internal audits.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of oilfield equipment, as well as Health & Safety and ISO9001, is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, whether in the engineering environment or not, is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good organisational skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Clean driving license.
