Job description

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Role Summary**:
Support Operations team in arranging deliveries and collections. Keeping equipment hire records. Assisting with project documentation when required. Administer and maintain company Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental records.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Logistics, liaising with haulage contractors.
- Preparing delivery tickets.
- Providing information for export paperwork.
- Completing loadout records.
- Keeping Hire Records.
- Assisting with Project Documentation.
- QHSE Administration maintenance records.

**Person Specification**:

- Computer competent in MS Word Excel and Adobe.
- Able to work within a team as well as being able to work on own initiative.
- Able to positively communicate with clients and
- suppliers.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 hours
