We are actively recruiting a Business Administrator & Coordinator Apprentice for our growing office in Great Dunmow for 35 hours per week.

We are looking to appoint an Administrator & Coordinator who will be instrumental in helping the manager of our service enable the delivery of excellent care and support. The role will be varied and no two days will be the same, so you will need to be organised, efficient and willing to help out with whatever is required.

- Salary per annum £17,290

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with and providing administrative support to the Franchise Owner, Care Co-ordinator Registered Manager
- To produce consistent, electronic fortnightly rosters and provide CareGiver and Clients with rotas in a timely manner
- To plan ahead to cover holidays, training and planned absence
- To ensure the care scheduling is carried out efficiently enabling the CareGivers to spend the allocated care time with each Client and to allow for travel time
- General administrative tasks as required, including general maintenance of the office environment
- Maintenance of internal records for quality control processes
- Collating and analysing all Client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes as requested
- Assisting with updating Client and CareGiver records where required

**About you**:

- To be interested in the health and social care industry
- Must have a car and be able to drive
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask whilst working under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use your own initiative whilst working as part of a solid team
- Demonstrates an excellent level of IT literacy - MS Word, Excel and Outlook
