Permanent position based in White Roding

We’re looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for accurate admin and customer satisfaction to join our growing commercial team within our small friendly company in White Roding.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

- Two to Three years minimum administration experience.
- Excellent level of Excel, Word, and system experience
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and highly numerate
- Be an effective communicator and have the ability to interact at all levels internally and externally
- Confident telephone manner, good customer service skills and a personable approach
- Be able to meet deadlines
- Have good organisational skills.
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Receiving new sales enquiries, liaising with the team and factories to confirm pricing, sending out quotations and raising orders.
- Establishing a good knowledge of our product ranges, in order to help customers.
- Responsible for uploading orders into our system.
- Working closely with the other departments across our business. Ensuring accurate delivery.
- Support the wider commercial team and senior members.

You should be creative and flexible in your approach and be able to take responsibility to act on your own initiative and manage your own workload and time

This role is office based full time 37.5 hours a week.

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm. Friday 8.30am - 3.45pm

Very limited public transport to the site.
