**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will
- Work closely with 3PLs and other stakeholders to ensure orders arrive on time and in full
- Improve product availability and control the inbound delivery options for the business
- Manage and analyse costs & thresholds at territory levels
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics system and customer issues
- Manage 2 junior import executives

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years experience in Supply Chain Operations and Freight Forwarding in e-commerce
- Import/export knowledge as well as customs compliance
- Excellent time management skills with great analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive continuous improvements
- Fantastic personality and able to work as part of a team, ideally with management experience
