**PA / Office Coordinator - Glasgow - Salary up to £26,000 p/a DOE**
**Are you an experienced PA looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow? Do you have experience within a professional services environment? Are you looking to join a tight-knit team, providing high-end support to senior leadership daily?**
We are looking to speak to experienced PA's and Office Coordinators who have experience within a professional services environment who are looking to secure their next PA opportunity in Glasgow. You will be supporting a Senior Partner within the business as well as the wider leadership team, as well as dealing with high-value clients daily. Ideally, you will have experience within a professional services environment, be organised and diligent as well as a key team player.
You will have **a proven track from and administration / PA role supporting Senior / Executive Management level**, you will have excellent organisational skills, first class communication skills and the ability to prioritise a workload, both on a proactive and reactive basis.
**This is a full-time, permanent role working between 8:45am - 5:15pm daily. This role will be fully office based with a salary available between £21,000 - £26,000 p/a DOE.**

- You have PA / Office Coordinator experience within a professional services environment
- You are well organised and can manage ever changing priorities
- You have strong administration experience
- You can work well individually and within a small, tight knit team
- You have experience providing support at a Senior Management level
- You are a confident and professional communicator, able to build strong internal and external relationships daily
- You are proactive, reactive and diligent
- You are able to manage your time and diary effectively to complete all tasks to set deadlines
**What is the day to day like?**
- Providing confidential director level support daily
- Acting as first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service daily
- Preparing presentations
- Handling communications for the partner
- Managing team meetings
- Arranging Board meetings, taking notes and minutes when required
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Liaising with Senior Management and external contacts
- Assisting with the management of any company/business events
- Acting as support to the Operations Manager as required
