**First Call Aviation is looking to recruit an experienced Altea Passenger Service Agent / office Admin.**

**Shifts Pattern - Various (Flexibility required)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- department.
- To update listing of First Class and Business Class passengers’ names and seats, on arrival,
- as well as those on departure, making amends where needed.
- **To update any SPMLCIP/VIP/MAAS/LIMO, both on arrival and departure.**:

- To update and amend listing of gold Card members.
- **Liaising with catering company, sending all SPML, via telex for the following three days, to**:

- be updated the day before as well as on the day.
- To transfer listing of all First and Executive Class, Star Alliance Gold members,
- SPHL/MAAS/WCHC/UM/UPG/Meda, from PNL to a Word document, ready for the day
- after.
- **Leasing with other agencies, such as Heathrow Air Ambulance for medical cases, Limo**:

- Company Service, Border Force when handling deportees’ passports and for any related
- queries and Sita Support.
- Maintaining records updated on a monthly spreadsheet, with information linked to the flight
- handling, e.g., calculating ADP, update to date indemnity forms, keep log of passenger load
- for each destination, etc.
- **Maintaining flight files, together with printing of PNL, ROC, meal request, incoming flight**:

- paperwork as well as outbound.
- To prepare delay letter when needed.
- **To cover check in as well as boarding, when necessary and instructed by a supervisor.Security Checks**:

- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
