The Talent Management System Specialist will work in partnership with HR Leadership, global HR business partners and local HR bringing together expertise from across the HR Operations team to manage the processes and tools that support strategic employee experiences, including the annual performance evaluation, feedback tool, upward feedback and learning.

**Job Details**:

- Manage projects that support key people priorities, leading the scoping, planning, delivery, tracking and reporting against agreed milestones, in partnership with Centre(s) of Expertise and HR Business Partnering.
- Determine requirements and functional design with Centre(s) of Expertise, business stakeholders, solution architects, designers and developers to ensure business needs are accurately captured, understood and delivered.
- Work collaboratively to bring together expertise from Project Management, HR Information Services (HRIS) & HR Shared Services (HRSS) as required, working with the Centre(s) of Expertise to understand and shape process & support requirements, including the creation of end-to-end process documentation.
- Manage the impact of local/jurisdictional requirements on processes and solutions, balancing global consistency with local relevance in partnership with the HR Compliance and Governance Manager.
- Identify risks and track mitigating actions to ensure success, escalating as appropriate; this includes those related to shared resources and usage, and data privacy.
- Work collaboratively with the HRIS team to drive resolution of critical systems issues, escalating to IT for expedited resolution as required.
- Coordinate end-to-end global testing efforts (test script preparation, tester recruitment, vendor partnership, scheduling and sign-off oversight).
- Manage the set-up of new vendor relationships and manage ongoing service, including challenging the vendor service levels if needed.
- Deliver timely communications across multiple channels that are aligned with People function strategy and the overall direction of the Firm.
