What will you be doing? 1
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-leading e-recruitment product and engage with a prestigious client base. You will need to be customer focussed, with an interest in IT/Technology. We are open to considering those with a strong customer focus, who are able to demonstrate an interest in developing IT skills, or who have come from a recruitment, HR or IT background and want to join the innovative world of e-recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Support team:

- 1st point of contact for all client queries.
- Provide system advice, resolve configuration issues and escalate technical issues.
- Management of requests from initiation to resolution

Quickly develop your IT and customer service skills in this role and be part of a great and fun team and Company
- Key skills & experience 1- This role would suit an individual with excellent customer-facing skills and who has a strong interest in IT. Maybe you are currently working in a software support role and want to work with prestigious customers on a world-class web product, or you are in a customer-facing or recruitment role wanting to expand your IT skill set. Maybe you have finished your degree or equivalent qualification and have an interest in software.
